This Privacy Policy describes how Zboston App Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, handles information in connection with the Icon Changer Android application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about our data practices.

By downloading, installing, or using Icon Changer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms described herein, please discontinue use of the App.

Icon Changer is a home screen personalization application for Android devices. It allows users to replace the default icons of installed applications with custom images selected from their device's photo gallery — entirely without watermarks. All customization operations are performed locally on your device and do not require an internet connection to function.

We want to be unambiguous: Zboston App Studio does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data through the Icon Changer application. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
• Photos, images, or any visual content from your device's gallery.
• Your device's location, IP address, or network information.
• Device identifiers such as IMEI, Android ID, or advertising ID (beyond what Google AdMob may independently collect — see Section 6).
• Usage patterns, behavioral data, or analytics beyond what is described in this policy.
• Any content you create or customize within the App.

Icon Changer requests access to your device's photo gallery and/or external storage (via READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or the equivalent media permissions on Android 13+). This permission is used solely and exclusively for the following purpose:

You may revoke gallery/storage permission at any time through your device's Settings > Apps > Icon Changer > Permissions. Revoking this permission will disable the ability to select new custom icons but will not affect shortcuts already created.

The App may store minimal configuration data locally on your device (such as app preferences or shortcut metadata) using Android's standard local storage mechanisms. This data:

• Remains entirely on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.
• Is used only to provide and improve the App's core functionality.
• Is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.

Icon Changer displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. AdMob is integrated to support the free availability of the App. We do not control the data practices of Google AdMob; their data collection is governed by Google's own privacy policies.

Google AdMob may use cookies, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements. Icon Changer is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 9, and we will take appropriate action.

Because Icon Changer does not transmit or store personal data on external servers, the primary security considerations relate to your device's own security. We recommend keeping your Android device updated with the latest security patches and using a screen lock to protect your device and the data stored on it.

The App itself does not implement any server-side infrastructure that could be compromised in a data breach, as no user data is ever transmitted to our systems.
